Q: What are your hours?
A: 10am to 1am daily.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you are unable to keep your scheduled booking, please call (212) 696-2513 with at least 48 hours notice* to avoid being charged the full amount of your booking. If booking is cancelled within 48 hours* you must pay the total cost of the booking at the time of cancellation. If you book within 48 hours* of your session, cancellation is not possible without being charged. *5 days notice is required for Studio 1, Event Space, and our Recording Studio.
Q: What is your no show policy?
A: All "no shows" will be charged the full amount for the missed session, and must pay the total cost of the missed booking before you can book again.
Q: Do you offer discounts or specials?
A: Yes! Our year round Funk Special gives you a 3rd hour free if you book 2 hours starting at 10am or 10pm.
Q: How many people can Studio 1 accommodate?
A: Up to 40 people.
Q: Can we bring food or drink into the studio?
A: Beverages and snacks are permitted, but hot food is not allowed. We have a beverage vending machine available for your convenience. We kindly ask that you keep food and drinks off the equipment and clean up any trash before you leave.
Q: Can we smoke in the studio?
A: No. Smoking inside any building in New York City is against the law, as stated by the FDNY. This includes vaporizers and e-cigarettes. Violators may be subject to fines.
Q: Can we rent instruments for use in the studio?
A: Yes. Please see our front desk for information on renting guitars, basses, etc.
Q: Can we play music from a phone through the studio PA system?
A: Yes. Each studio is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Q: Can I record my rehearsal?
A: Not yet, but please stay tuned for updates.
Q: Do you have acoustic pianos?
A: Yes, we have 2 upright pianos.
